Markham Community Connect (MCC) is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and fostering meaningful connections across Markham. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where children, parents, and seniors can grow together through educational programs, sports, mentorship, and community events.

We believe that strong communities are built through collaboration, compassion, and active participation. MCC provides opportunities for youth leadership development, family engagement, volunteerism, and intergenerational connection, helping individuals build confidence, skills, and a lasting sense of belonging.
